Malcolm Peters Nash Papers, 1887-1968
This collection documents the career of Malcolm Peters Nash from his education at the New York Nautical School (now SUNY Maritime College) through his service with the United States Navy and his years with the Naval Reserve. The collection consists of documents, diaries, correspondence, photographs, newspaper clippings, artifacts and ephemera.

Schuyler Forbes Cumings Papers, 1916-1950
This small collection contains some personal items but a large portion deals with the rescue of the Andjik on March 2, 1925, when, as commander of the American Merchant, Schuyler Forbes Cumings towed the Dutch Vessel 500 miles into the Azores. In 1928, rescue of 121 passengers aboard the SS Vestris is recorded in radiograms and other documents.

Thomas F. Caldwell Papers, 1924-1969
Papers and artifacts documenting Thomas F. Caldwell's time at the New York State Nautical School and subsequent maritime career. Highlights include Caldwell's daily log from the schoolship Newport in 1925 and a photographic portrait of Caldwell as a young graduate.

William F. Warm Papers
The papers of William F. Warm, SUNY Maritime Class of 1944, consist of reports, memoranda (most of which are lengthy and entail the submission of further reports), and some correspondence and other miscellaneous documents during his time on various national and international committees focusing on container ships and international trade transportation. Many of these documents are photocopies and not original, and were made during the course of office procedure.
