Scope and Contents

The papers of William F. Warm, SUNY Maritime Class of 1944, consist of reports, memoranda (most of which are lengthy and entail the submission of further reports), and some correspondence and other miscellaneous documents during his time on various national and international committees focusing on container ships and international trade transportation. Many of these documents are photocopies and not original, and were made during the course of office procedure.
